HTR1 Gas Training Course Description
HTR1 Initial
This course covers gas fires to include radiant convector fires, flueless fires, decorative flame effect (DFE) and Live fuel effect (LFE).
Safe operation & controls, along with the types of flues suitable for these types of fires, ventilation, effects of extract fans, testing & inspecting flues.
This course covers install, exchange, commission, disconnection, repair and breakdown of LFE fires, DFE fires, convector heaters, stoves and flue-less space heaters.
This course can take up to 2 days.
To do this course you must hold a valid ACS CCN1 qualification and have held the certificate for at least 1 year and have evidence of being gas safe registered.
HTR1 Re-assessment
Training is optional as re assessment, the assessment takes 1 day.
To qualify for re assessment you must have a current ACS CCN1 in date and your HTR1 qualification cannot be more than 12 months out of date.
Small groups
All our courses are run in small groups of no more than six operatives to ensure the best learning environment for our customers.
